Just like a bicycle can complement your car, the Walker Bay WB10 can complement your boat, even if
your boat's a 20-foot runabout. Its one-piece, injection-molded, high-impact marine composite
construction makes it more or less ding-proof, and the Add-a™ Tube option makes it practically
impossible to turn over, so it's perfect for kids to sail or row around while Mom and Dad keep
watch from the big boat. Basically, it's a rowboat rated for a 3-hp motor, and the optional sail
kit adds even more versatility. The rigging takes about 30 minutes to install, but once installed,
you can have the sails up or down in 10 minutes or so.
The WB10 has an LOA of 9 feet 8 inches and a beam of 4 feet 9 inches, just about perfect for two adults or three kids. Even better, at that size, the WB10 can easily fit in the garage. And with a dry weight of 126 pounds, when it's time to go to the water, two people can lift it and fit it - believe it or not - in the bed of a full-size pickup. With a base price of $1,049 and its diminutive size, the WB10 may seem like merely a toy, but it's not - it's the perfect complement to any powerboater's main vessel.
