These three-passenger models offer up technology that was available only on flagship models just a few years ago, at a reasonable price - $7,599 for the GTI, and $8,399 for the GTI SE. Featuring an entirely new deck and hull design, both watercraft boast a 130-hp Rotax 4-TEC engine. In addition to being 3-star CARB (California Air Resources Board) certified, the models deliver a more powerful performance punch than you'd expect from a traditional entry-level PWC - and with a markedly dry ride. Also notable is a new removable storage bin. Billed by Sea-Doo as 100-percent watertight, the bin holds up to 10 gallons of gear. Best of all, you can remove it, making it a lot easier to load or unload equipment when you're at home or at the beach. The SE model has a handful of upgraded features, including a retractable reboarding step, dual wide-angle mirrors and ski eye. Both GTI models are highly family-friendly PWCs that deliver a lot for the money.

Elsewhere in its line, Sea-Doo has increased the power on its 3D DI watercraft, giving the ride a more nimble, responsive feel. The versatile 3D now boasts a 130-hp Orbital direct-injection 1000-series Rotax engine, so you can air it out a little more while enjoying your choice of five riding modes.
