Many boat coatings contain copper to inhibit organic growth, which continually releases into
the water, harming marine life. Performance Outdoor has introduced PhaseCoat UFR, a new type of
foul-release coating that's the first of it's kind to keep your boat clean without using harmful
metals. This exceptionally smooth, clear coat is applicable on virtually any surface where a foul
release coating is desired, and is hard and durable to withstand the rigor of season after season.
The environmentally friendly coating is VOC compliant, and is safe and easy to apply by roll and/or
brush. Not only does it prevent marine organic growth from permanently adhering to your boat, but
it also improves fuel consumption by up to 15 percent, and increases the speed of your vessel up to
10 percent. Retails for $299. (919) 245-1731,
