Yamaha Becomes Official BASS Sponsor

Yamaha Marine Corp. has
signed a multiyear agreement to become an official engine sponsor of the
BASS organization
and its corresponding tournaments. Yamaha will sponsor the BASS Federation Nation Club World
Divisionals and Championship; and will be a premier sponsor of Bassmaster Elite Series, Bassmaster
Opens and the Women’s Bassmaster Tour presented by Academy Sports & Outdoors.
The agreement also prompted the return of Yamaha as the official outboard sponsor of the Bassmaster Classic, held earlier this year at Lake Hartwell in Greenville, S.C. (See “ Yamaha Pros Take Top Honors At Bassmaster Classic”).
Yamaha will also support such BASS youth programs as the Junior Bassmaster World Championship and Bassmaster CastingKids Championship.
