STUART — Do you know what to do if your spouse or captain becomes incapacitated or falls overboard? Do you have the required safety equipment on board your vessel? Do you know the waterway “rules of the road”? Could you give your position to the U.S. Coast Guard and operate the radio in an emergency? How about the Federal and State boating regulations?

Well, the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 59 can help you overcome these challenges. They have just released their “Boating Education Class” schedule for 2013.
