The Duncan Company never made a yo-yo that went up and down more than a barometer in South Louisiana during the winter.A sub-30 reading one day will climb the scale to 30.40 the next and then begin a rapid retreat back below 30. It's consistent in its inconsistency. It's our climate's version of the Lindy Hop, a veritable millibar mambo.
