NAPLES, Fla. – MarineMax Naples Yacht Center announced they will be partnering with The Collier County Salvation Army to “Fill the Boat” with donations in support of their Holiday Food Drive and their Toys for Tots toy drive.
“We have designated a Boston Whaler Outrage to collect new, unwrapped toys in support of The Collier County Salvation Army’s annual toy collection for Toys for Tots,” explained Jim Connor, MarineMax Naples general manager. “We are encouraging our employees and customers to contribute to these worthy causes and ‘Fill the Boat’ this holiday season.”
MarineMax Naples Yacht Center will be collecting toys and food at their waterfront Yacht Center next to Tin City from now through December 12, 2016. Customers who contribute a new, unwrapped toy, valued at $10 or more will receive 10 percent off a purchase in the MarineMax Naples Parts and Service Departments or $500 off the purchase of a new boat from MarineMax Naples Yacht Center.
On Saturday December 10, 2016, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., MarineMax Naples will host an Open House. Enjoy holiday music, hamburgers and hot dogs as the MarineMax team tries to overflow the Outrage with donated toys for The Salvation Army’s Toys for Tots program. Representatives from Boston Whaler and The Salvation Army will be on hand as they attempt to set a record for collected toys.
“The holiday season is a great time to show kids and families that you care. We’d also like to thank The Collier County Salvation Army for all that they do for those in need this time of year. They are the real heroes,” Connor said. “We encourage everyone to stop by the MarineMax Naples Yacht Center and ‘Fill the Boat’ knowing that it will benefit those who are less fortunate in our community.”
