.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...A quick increase SW
winds is expected late tonight through Wednesday morning ahead of
a cold front. Gale force gusts up to 40 knots will be likely
across the northern waters Wednesday morning. Robust westerly
winds will rapidly develop behind the front Wednesday afternoon
and then shift to northerly on Thursday. North winds diminish
briefly on Thursday, before increase again on Friday. A large
steep westerly swell will build Wed night into Thursday.
