Rose Island Lighthouse

The lighthouse at Rose Island is a sight to behold, with its winding stairway leading to a lantern room that houses a stunning sixth order Fresnel lens. This lens has been illuminating Narragansett Bay since the lighthouse was constructed in 1870, and has been a beacon for ships for over a century.
