Walkthrough of the 2025 Robalo R160
Bow
Starting at the bow, you will immediately notice a center cleat located on the front that allows you to tie up your boat and dock wherever you want.
The boat features a large casting deck covered in diamond pattern and covered in a nonskid surface. The nonskid surface is easy on your feet should you be barefoot and it provides traction, so you never feel as though you are going to slip and fall. Furthermore, the nonskid surface is easy to clean and maintain.
On the casting deck there is plenty of room to move around and throw out a line. You won’t feel cramped, and you won’t have to worry about knocking into others.
Underneath the casting deck, you will find an insulated 16.5 gallon storage compartment with overboard draining. You can use this area to keep ice or even your wet items after use. The area can also be used for dry storage too. The lid has tension hinges to ensure that the lid also remains open until you close it.
There are stainless steel grab rails that are perfect for safety when sitting on the casting deck or riding upfront on the casting deck. The high gunnels also allow you to feel safe on board, even when hitting rough patches of water.
On the front side of the console, there is a large plush seat that comes with three rod holders on either side of the seat. The seats on this boat are all made from durable plush material and are thick to enhance comfort.
Each seat on the R160 is made from Envision SiO silicone that is practically maintenance free. The seats are mildew and UV resistant too, so you never have to worry about fading.
Underneath the console seat is an insulated 49-quart live well with overboard drainage.
Helm
The helm features a nice layout that is simple yet perfect for those behind the wheel. Here, you will find your windshield that offers wind protection but more importantly, the windshield does fold down to provide you with an open air feel.
You will find two molded storage trays on the top of the console to keep items such as phones and glasses.
Moving down, you will find a tilt steering wheel, throttle, two cup holders, stainless steel grab rails, and two standard analog gauges. You also have access to your waterproof toggle switches from here and a standard head unit for your radio.
Robalo does offer you the opportunity to upgrade the console area to include a Simrad touchscreen display. If you do choose to upgrade to the touchscreen, it will appear in the center of the console area.
The helm seat is a leaning post that fits with a large plush seat that comfortably seats two people. The plush seat extends all the way down to offer comfort for the back of your legs too. There is a recessed foot rest here as well.
Underneath the leaning post are keeper tabs that hold your carry-on cooler in place.
Aft Cockpit
The aft cockpit is home to two flip up jump seats that each have a stainless steel grab rail on the gunnel and cup holders.
Underneath the port side seat you will find dedicated storage space for a five gallon bucket and underneath the starboard seat you will find more storage space.
Transom
At the transom is a nice sized swim platform that has a recessed three-step telescoping ladder that can be used to get in and out of the boat. You will also find additional stainless steel grab rails here to promote safety.
Envision SiO Silicone

Warranty Information
Robalo does offer a warranty on their boats, and this does include the 2025 Robalo R160. They offer a Five-Year Premium Level Limited Component Warranty that provides you with the protection and peace of mind you need for your boat.
Robalo offers protection against the failure of any of the major accessories throughout the boat for five years.
They also offer an Original Owner Lifetime Limited Structural Hull Warranty. This warranty is transferable, but it should be noted that the second owner may not receive a lifetime warranty on this, and the warranty may be limited to a number of years.
A Transferrable One-Year Limited Components Warranty is also provided by Robalo.
An Exterior Gel Coat Warranty is provided for a period of one year; however, this warranty is not transferable.
