.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Moderate to fresh
northerly breezes continue this evening. Closer to the coast
lighter winds are expected with some local southerly winds up to
15 kt again this evening and tonight. Northerly winds increase
again Tuesday. A small long period south swell up to 3 feet will
persist through early in the week. Winds are expected to diminish
again late in the week.
