.SYNOPSIS...Breezy winds diminish this afternoon with poor seas
lingering through the day over the Gulf Stream. A brief surge of
northwesterly winds again tonight, north of Sebastian Inlet, will
create poor boating conditions. Then, generally favorable
conditions return through late week. High pressure moves eastward
from the Gulf and across the Florida Peninsula through Friday.
Another cold front looks to move across the local waters this
weekend.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots and seas up
to 6 feet.
