.SYNOPSIS FOR NORTHERN CALIFORNIA WATERS...Northerly winds will begin
to weaken and turn westerly overnight. This summer-like sea state
will become calmer overnight. Winds close to the coast north of Cape
Mendocino will be southerly while winds to the south of Cape
Mendocino will be from the north. As a weak warm front passes through
the area Thursday morning, weak westerlies will lead to an
increasingly calmer sea state until Saturday morning when a cold
front will enter the area.
