Synopsis for Keys coastal waters from Ocean Reef to Dry Tortugas
433 PM EST Wed Dec 24 2025

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure across the Southeast United States will
continue to meander slowly to the northeastern Gulf through
Christmas morning. This will promote moderate to fresh northeast
to east breezes across the Keys marine zones. The high will weaken
as it continues to drift slowly southeastward through the
weekend, leading to slackening breezes. A potentially strong cold
front is progged to push through the Florida Keys coastal waters
early next week, with freshening northerlies breezes and building
seas expected in its wake.
