.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A trough near Kauai and Oahu has brought isolated to scattered
thunderstorms and numerous showers along the boundary overnight
and looks to continue through Friday over the western coastal
waters. Gentle to locally moderate southerly winds are expected
today except areas along the boundary that could get strong
southerly winds associated with thunderstorms. Southerly winds
will slowly decline through Friday night before the high pressure
ridge looks to build north of the waters by the weekend into
early next week as easterly trade winds return.

.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A trough near Kauai and Oahu has brought isolated to scattered
thunderstorms and numerous showers along the boundary overnight
and looks to continue through Friday over the western coastal
waters. Gentle to locally moderate southerly winds are expected
today except areas along the boundary that could get strong
southerly winds associated with thunderstorms. Southerly winds
will slowly decline through Friday night before the high pressure
ridge looks to build north of the waters by the weekend into
early next week as easterly trade winds return.
