Winds will strengthen and become gusty across the local waters
today, especially across the local Atlantic and Biscayne Bay waters.
Higher wave heights (7-9 + feet) and sustained winds of 20 to
25 knots are possible late today into Tuesday across the Atlantic
waters as winds will remain elevated and east-northeasterly swell
increases. Based on this forecast, a Small Craft Advisory will go
into effect for the local Atlantic waters at 4am this morning and
the Biscayne Bay waters at 7am. A few showers are possible across
the Atlantic waters at times, today into Tuesday.
Gulf Stream Hazards: Seas building to 7-9+ feet today with sustained
winds of 20-25 knots possible by mid morning.
