.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Generally light southeasterly winds are expected today with surf
around 1 to 2 feet, resulting in a moderate risk of rip currents for
all beaches. Winds and surf will increase slightly beginning Friday
afternoon and continuing into the weekend, resulting in a high rip
current risk for all beaches by the weekend.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:

State Park Gulf Beaches.......Yellow
West Facing Gulf Beaches......Red
South Facing Gulf Beaches.....Red
