AZ, and NM. A 1016 low was just north of Bodega Bay, CA.
Relatively weak onshore flow will continue through Tuesday
morning. Southerly winds strengthen Tuesday afternoon to levels
hazardous to small craft ahead of a storm, then increase further
late Tuesday night to potentially gale force. Hazardous winds and
steep seas will continue through early Thursday morning.
