.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 PM, a 1029 mb high was 1000 nautical miles west of San Diego
and a 1013 mb low covered Sonora, Mexico. A storm system will
generate strong winds and high and choppy seas likely hazardous to
small craft Monday, continuing through Wednesday. Seas expected
to be around 9-12 feet with wind gusts 25- 35 knots. There is also
a slight chance of thunderstorms over the waters Monday
afternoon/evening.
