waters. Small craft should exercise caution during this time
frame for Gulf waters. Winds temporarily reduce during the
daytime hours Saturday, but another reinforcing surge of offshore
winds returns Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning at
14-17kts for Gulf zones, 8-14kts for protected waters. Small
craft should exercise caution in Gulf zones during this period.
Waves/seas remain minimal during this time period especially for
nearshore waters, but could reach 2-4ft for outer Gulf zones at
