.SYNOPSIS...Boating conditions remain poor tonight over portions
of the waters. Seas are subsiding, but are still rough especially
in the Gulf Stream. Strong high pressure just off the Carolina
coastline is forecast to slowly push farther into the western
Atlantic through the middle of the week. Winds remain onshore,
turning southeasterly on Thursday. By Friday, winds turn offshore
as a weakening cold front approaches Florida.
