.SYNOPSIS...Offshore flow increases today ahead of a strong cold
front that will cross the local waters this evening and overnight.
Conditions will deteriorate as winds and seas build late tonight
into Tuesday, followed by a return of generally favorable boating
conditions by the middle of the week. Isolated to widely scattered
showers are possible along the frontal passage, mainly offshore
tonight and Tuesday morning.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...West winds increasing to 15 to 20 knots
later this afternoon north of the Cape.
