.SYNOPSIS...Fresh breezes will persist through early Friday over
the Gulf Stream, leading to poor to hazardous boating conditions.
Winds initially out of the southeast, veering to the south and
southwest tonight as a weak cold front moves into the southeast
United States. The front will then approach central Florida and
cross the waters on Friday, with offshore winds becoming north to
northwest behind the front. Scattered showers are forecast through
Friday, with an isolated lightning storms also possible from this
afternoon through early Friday. Winds quickly turn back out of
the northeast this weekend as high pressure settles off Cape
Hatteras.
