At 1 PM, a 1025 mb high was 450 nautical miles west of Point
Conception and a 1009 mb low was over Needles. Brisk, moderate
onshore flow will continue in the outer waters through this
evening. The onshore flow will weaken incrementally Tuesday
through Friday.
