highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions are expected to prevail
for the next several days. Light to moderate northeasterly winds
are forecast to shift easterly to southeasterly Tuesday evening,
remaining southeasterly through the remainder of the week.
