1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front moved through the Lower Texas Coast
resulting in hazardous conditions, thus a Small Craft Advisory
has been issued for tonight into later this morning for all
waters off the Lower Texas Coast. Marine conditions look to
improve thereafter with low to moderate seas and winds prevailing
through the remainder of the forecast period.
