.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

Strong east to northeast winds and 2 foot surf will result in a high
rip current risk for Franklin County beaches. All other beaches have a
low to moderate risk today as the winds will be offshore. The low to
moderate risk continues through at least Christmas Day for all beaches
due to generally light winds.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:
