.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure continues fair maritime conditions today with
northerly breezes developing as a cold front approaches. That front
will push through the waters after midnight with a surge of
northeasterly winds following promptly behind it. Northeasterly
winds and gusts will be strong enough to support a Small Craft
Advisory late tonight through Tuesday. Seas will subside late
Tuesday as a ridge of high pressure expands over the waters. Fair
maritime conditions are expected Wednesday onward as stagnant high
pressure remains stuck in place across the waters through the end of
the week.
