.SYNOPSIS...
South winds remain over the waters ahead of a frontal boundary that
will bring widely scattered showers across the Gulf waters today and
tonight. As the front moves through, winds will shift to the west
tonight and then northwest to north on Friday, with speeds nearing
exercise caution levels Friday afternoon. Winds then quickly
become northeast to east this weekend into next week, with no
headlines expected.
