.THE SURF ZONE FORECAST GENERAL OUTLOOK...

A modest west wind today will make for a moderate risk of rip
currents today, though a high risk still lingers for Gulf County
beaches. Similar conditions are expected for the remainder of the
week. By Saturday, the risk increases to high, especially at the
Panhandle beaches as winds southwest winds pick up ahead of an area of
low pressure traversing the region.

Based on communication with area beach officials, the following flags
are flying at area beaches:
