ORLANDO, FL (June 5) – This week, Nautique Boat Co. was extremely proud to accept the 2017 Florida Sterling Manufacturing Business Excellence Award in the category of companies with more than 200 employees. The Sterling Awards are presented each year by the governor of Florida to high-performing, role-model organizations, both private and public, who demonstrate superior management approaches and role model results. Nautique achieved this based on six criteria: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce and operations. Nautique was thrilled to take home this prestigious award on Friday, June 2, during the award ceremony held in Orlando.
